Paleovalley and Wild Pastures are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize our retention strategy across email and lifecycle programs. You will craft education-forward journeys, build high‑impact workflows, and improve customer engagement to grow lifetime value.

In this remote US role, you will collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and E‑commerce teams, leveraging Klaviyo and analytics to drive performance while adhering to state‑level compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of email marketing with lifecycle/retention focus for DTC ecommerce brands in CPG/health space.
• Proven experience building lifecycle strategies to grow CLV and reduce churn.

Responsibilities

• Develop retention‑focused lifecycle strategies and campaigns to boost repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
• Map customer journeys, identify gaps, and leverage behavioral data for personalized strategies.
• Own day‑to‑day lifecycle programs: post‑purchase, replenishment, cross‑sell, upsell, win‑back, and education flows.
