Job summary

INSA, Inc. in Salem, MA is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey from first visit to loyal advocate across email, SMS, and push channels.

You will build automations, segments, campaigns, and performance reporting, driving enrollments in our loyalty program across dispensary locations. As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to set strategy and execute end-to-end, including segmentation logic, campaign setup, and measurement, while

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email/SMS marketing with hands-on ownership.
• Experience building multi-step automated flows and segmentation strategies in marketing automation.
• Experience managing SMS marketing programs with compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle channels end-to-end: email, SMS, and push marketing as an integrated system.
• Build and maintain automations: design, launch, and optimize automated flows.
• Segment the customer base to ensure timely, relevant messaging.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle from first visit to acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
• Grow the loyalty program and drive enrollment and engagement.
• Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing; report performance metrics.
