Job summary

INSA Cannabis in Shamokin Dam, PA, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey across email, SMS, and push channels from first visit to loyal advocate.

You will build automations, segments, and campaigns, lead the loyalty program, and collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to execute strategy end-to-end.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing, a data-driven mindset, and comfort with a fast-paced, multi-state cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing with hands-on campaigns.
• Experience building multi-step automations and segmentation in a marketing platform.
• Experience managing SMS marketing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle channels end-to-end: email, SMS, and push.
• Design, launch, and optimize automated flows across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop segmentation strategies to target the right customers at the right time.
• Map and optimize the customer journey from first visit to acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and advocacy.
• Grow enrollment and engagement in the loyalty program across dispensary locations.
• Run A/B tests on digital communications and optimize based on results.
• Track and report on lifecycle metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure sending practices and opt-in/opt-out compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with digital, brand/creative, and retail teams on calendars and promotions.
• Travel up to 50-60% may be required.
