Job summary

Insa Cannabis is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey across email, SMS, and push channels. You will build automations, segmentation, and campaigns to convert first-time visitors into loyal advocates while growing our loyalty program across multiple dispensaries.

You will partner with the Head of Digital Marketing to set strategy and execute end-to-end—from segmentation logic to performance reporting—and ensure compliance with cannabis advertising restrictions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email/SMS marketing.
• Hands-on ownership of campaigns and automations.
• Experience building multi-step automated flows and segmentation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle channels end-to-end: email, SMS, and push as an integrated system.
• Design, launch, and optimize automated flows across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop and refine segmentation strategies for right message timing.
