Job summary

solidcore is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team at HQ in Arlington, VA. You will build, schedule, and optimize messaging across email, SMS, and push channels to engage, educate, convert, and retain clients.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Lifecycle and Marketing Operations, you will blend copywriting, project management, and data analysis to ensure touchpoints are on-brand, accurate, and performing well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, agency or in-house

Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns and journeys across email, SMS, and push channels.
• Build and optimize automated client journeys and lifecycle segments.
• Draft copy and review agency creative to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Run A/B tests and analyze performance to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Brand, and Field teams to align CRM messaging.
