Job summary

Solidcore is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team at HQ in Arlington, Virginia. You will build, schedule, and optimize messaging across email, SMS, and push channels to engage, educate, convert, and retain clients, while maintaining brand voice and data accuracy.

The role blends copywriting, project management, and analysis, with hands-on experience in Klaviyo and/or Axle, and opportunities to work with AI tools to accelerate campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a CRM/marketing automation platform (Klaviyo and/or Axle strongly preferred).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with ability to adapt to brand voice guidelines.
• Clear communicator, highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email, SMS, and push campaigns in Klaviyo with accurate targeting and QA.
• Set up automated client journeys and propose updates to improve performance.
• Pull and summarize campaign performance data using platform reporting and Tableau.
