The role requires 3+ years in online marketing and 2+ years in email marketing and marketing automation, plus strong analytical skills and a marketing mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, or a relevant field or equivalent work-related experience is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in online marketing and 2+ years' experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Effective communication and organizational skills; meticulous
• Preferred: Prior experience utilizing enterprise‑level ESP platforms.
• Preferred: SMS experience.
• Preferred: Experience with Project Management Software

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email programs to drive customer retention and growth, including lifecycle, trigger, and promotional email.
• Consistently test and lean into the most effective strategies over time.
• Define and iteratively improve segmentation for a personalized experience.
• Influence and leverage internal partners to drive digital growth.
• Regularly report KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend next steps.
• Develop expertise within our marketing technology toolset.
• Own and manage the complete send calendar to support business objectives.
