Pashion Footwear Inc. is recruiting an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to own retention marketing from concept to conversion. You will design, build, and optimize campaigns in Klaviyo, balancing creative execution with data-driven optimization, across email and SMS channels.

You'll manage lifecycle flows, develop segmentation, and collaborate with a small, tight-knit team. The role offers autonomy, creative freedom, and real impact on growth for a consumer brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email/SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related DTC role.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Graphic design skills and ability to independently create polished email marketing creative.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience managing email campaigns from concept to send, including testing & QA.
• Strong understanding of email/SMS marketing metrics and optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, with core PST hours.
• Portfolio showing relevant graphic design work, preferably including email campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end email & SMS marketing execution from concept to analysis.
• Manage calendar aligned with launches, promos, and initiatives.
• Create compelling campaigns balancing brand storytelling and revenue.
• Run Klaviyo campaigns including audience selection and scheduling.
• Ensure mobile-optimized, on-brand, accurate sends.
• Design all email creative and refine copy.
• Develop lifecycle flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, etc.).
• Optimize list growth and retention strategies; ensure deliverability.
