Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to drive retention and reactivation through email and SMS channels. You will design and test strategies to boost revenue and customer engagement, build sophisticated segmentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to grow Callaway's digital presence.

The role requires experience with outbound marketing, data-driven decision making, and a passion for customer relationships.

Qualifications

Requires 3+ years in online marketing and 2+ years in email marketing and automation tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into campaigns.
Experience with lifecycle, trigger, and promotional email programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute email programs to drive retention and growth (lifecycle, trigger, promo).
Continuously test and optimize strategies for performance.
Define segmentation strategy for personalized experiences.
Collaborate with internal partners to support digital growth.
Regularly report on KPIs, analyze data, and recommend next steps.
Develop expertise with our marketing technology stack.
Own and manage the email send calendar to support business objectives.
