Dispatch is a retention marketing partner to high-growth e-commerce brands, specializing in email and SMS programs that drive measurable revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and improved retention.

We’re hiring a senior strategist to own lifecycle marketing for a portfolio of e-commerce brands, leading strategy and performance across campaigns and flows while collaborating with internal and client teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience for e-commerce
• 1+ year experience working for an e-commerce brand
• Klaviyo email marketing experience required
• Prefer growth marketing across channels like paid ads
• Experience with SMS platforms such as Postscript or Attentive

Responsabilidades

• Revenue ownership: develop and execute email and SMS campaigns and flows to drive revenue
• Client management: act as strategic point of contact and align goals
• Lifecycle & retention strategy: build customer journeys, lifecycle flows, segmentation, data strategies
• KPI improvement: own deliverability, list growth, engagement, revenue metrics
• Creative direction: write strategy briefs for copywriters and designers reflecting brand voice
• Performance analysis: monitor and report results, identify insights and optimization
• Team collaboration: work with cross-functional team to ensure high-quality delivery
• Continuous innovation: stay current with e-commerce retention trends and apply new ideas
