Job summary

Ancestry is seeking an Associate Marketing Production Manager to join the CRM team. You will build and deploy complex lifecycle email campaigns in Braze, manage audience segmentation, and ensure high-quality rendering across devices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, lifecycle operations, or campaign execution.
• Proficiency with Braze, including Canvas, segment extensions, and Liquid scripting.
• Strong HTML/CSS and dynamic personalization logic.
• Exceptional attention to detail with project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and testing/troubleshooting campaign code and rendering.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, dynamically personalize, and deploy complex lifecycle email campaigns using Braze.
• Manage audience segmentation with Liquid logic and Braze tools to target high-value cohorts.
• Perform end-to-end QA on templates, responsive design, and deliverability with testing tools.
• Troubleshoot campaign challenges including dynamic code, HTML/CSS, and audience filters.
• Collaborate with CRM leads, creative teams, and developers to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
