Job summary

Aquent is seeking a growth-focused email marketing specialist to orchestrate Braze-driven campaigns with an emphasis on email across multiple languages. You will build, QA, and launch templates, ensuring accuracy and on-brand messaging while collaborating with engineering, localization, and product marketing teams.

You will also work with Data Science on audience segmentation using SQL/BigQuery, maintain campaign calendars, and leverage Claude to streamline workflows, all while keeping EST hours

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Braze experience to set up owned-channel campaigns.
• Translate sends across multiple languages with careful accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with Liquid, HTML/CSS, and email template QA.
• Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery for audience segmentation and validation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to work independently.
• Comfort with high-volume campaigns and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch multi-channel journeys in Braze with emphasis on email.
• Build and QA email templates per approved copy/design.
• Coordinate translations for up to 26 languages.
• Monitor campaign performance and propose optimizations.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to inform strategy and tactics.
• Maintain campaign calendars and project boards to organize requests.
• Use Claude to optimize various steps of our processes.
