Havenly Brands is seeking a lifecycle marketing operations leader to own Braze-based lifecycle programs across seven brands, from migrations to net-new implementations. You will translate business asks into engineering specs, set clear SOPs and QA, ensure clean data in Snowflake, and drive AI-enabled automation that improves speed, accuracy and ROI for email, SMS, and onsite campaigns.

5+ years in marketing operations, CRM operations, or lifecycle technology, with hands-on platform experience.
Experience leading ESP or CDP migrations or net-new platform implementations end to end.
Ability to translate business asks into engineering specs and clear acceptance criteria.
Ability to write and maintain technical requirements and SOPs for QA and deployment.
Experience with identity resolution and data pipelines in modern data stacks.

Responsabilidades

Own Braze and the broader lifecycle stack across seven brands, including migration strategy and new implementations.
Design, implement, and optimize automated journeys for acquisition, retention, and health across channels.
Manage two offshore associates and vendor integrations for maximum ROI.
Own and improve operational workflows in Asana with campaign handoffs and status tracking.
Ensure clean, timely data with Data, Product, and Engineering to drive customer experience.
