Job summary

ADP is seeking a Life Cycle Consultant to support onboarding and ongoing client engagement in the New York City area. The role emphasizes Benefits presentations, enrollment support, and collaboration with HR Business Partners, sales, and implementation teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a HR-related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus. The position involves travel within the Northeast and a compensation range shown in the job description.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience with major area of concentration in Human Resources, Business or related.
• 1-3 years of experience
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours (occasionally)
• Bilingual, Specifically Spanish, but not mandatory for the role

Responsibilities

• Provides Benefits Consultation and advice during Open Enrollment meetings with clients to reinforce the TotalSource Value Proposition.
• Partners with HRBP/Sales/Implementation to create onboarding solutions regarding Benefits and address client needs.
• Manages client education and delivery of benefits plan information during onboarding and enrollment periods.
• Coordinates with cross-divisional resources to address client needs and ensure plan education is effective.
• Assists with change management for benefit elections and plan changes.
• Engages with Sales, Implementation and HRBP teams on account due diligence and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
