Job summary

ADP is seeking a Life Cycle Consultant in the New York City area to support onboarding and ongoing benefit services for Work Site Employees through ADP TotalSource. You will work with HR Business Partners, sales, and implementation teams to educate and enroll clients and drive the Benefits value proposition.

The role emphasizes benefits education, client collaboration, and a proactive consultative approach across multiple benefit offerings and plan changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours occasionally
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Benefits Presentations: Provides consultation with Client, BAC and WSE on benefit offerings during Open Enrollment.
• Relationship Management Assistance: Provides Benefits Consultation and advice with Benefits Administrators, HRBPs and WSEs.
• Onboarding education: Educates WSEs on benefits offerings and changes impacting plans.
• Change Management: Assists with change management for benefits elections/changes.
• Account Management Assistance: Interacts with Sales, Implementation, KAE and HRBP on benefits engagement.
• Benefits Consulting: Coordinates with HRBP/KAE/CRE on opportunities to increase ADP Benefits Value Proposition.
• Other duties as assigned.
