Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations and deliver a high-quality experience to members while motivating staff to ensure outstanding service.

You will manage scheduling based on traffic, act as the shift leader, supervise food preparation and customer interactions, and contribute to promotions and disciplinary decisions. California-based location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Need to be able to lift 20+ lbs repeatedly.
• Night and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while adjusting schedules based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly and effectively to member questions and concerns.
