Job summary

Life Time, Inc. offers a LifeCafe Supervisor role to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring a high-quality member experience and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service.

You will manage schedules, lead the shift, ensure proper food prep, handle member questions, and collaborate with the Manager on promotions and discipline. Night and weekend availability is required; CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications must be obtained within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic flow.
• Act as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support.
• Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food prep responsibilities.
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns promptly.
