Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations and ensure a high-quality experience for members. You will motivate staff and monitor service speed and food quality to maintain a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing shift schedules, leading the team, ensuring proper food preparation, and addressing member questions with professionalism. This is a full-time role in California with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to work in a station and move around the cafe for extended periods
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic
• Acts as daily shift leader providing strong customer and team support
• Ensures menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager
• Manages light food prep responsibilities
• Responds quickly and effectively to member questions and concerns
