Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations in the LifeCafe, delivering a high-quality member experience and motivating staff for excellent customer service.

The role also monitors food quality and speed of service to ensure a positive member experience. You will lead the team during shifts, coordinate schedules, and ensure food is prepared correctly while maintaining professional service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand/move around the cafe for extended periods.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader, providing high level customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.
