Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, deliver a high-quality member experience, and motivate staff to maintain excellent service.

The role includes ensuring food quality, managing schedule flow, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the Manager with promotions and coaching; CPR/ServeSafe certifications are required within specified timeframes. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift >20 lbs and work in a cafe environment.
• Night and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic.
• Acts as daily shift leader and provides customer and team support.
• Ensures menu items are prepared correctly and serves customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
