Life Time is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring a high-quality member experience and motivating staff for excellent service. The role includes supervising food preparation, upholding standards, and responding to member inquiries to maintain a positive cafe environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and obtain CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications within specified timeframes. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift >20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and move around the cafe for long periods.
• Night and weekend availability as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic.
• Acts as daily shift leader, providing customer and team support.
• Ensures menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally.
• Provides promotions and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food preparation duties.
• Responds promptly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
