Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Princeton is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring a high-quality member experience and motivating staff to deliver excellent service.

You will lead shifts, adjust schedules based on traffic, and ensure menu items are prepared and served professionally, while collaborating with management on promotions and discipline. This role includes light food prep and responding to member inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
• Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic flow.
• Act as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support.
• Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food prep responsibilities.
• Respond quickly and effectively to member questions, comments, and concerns.
