Job summary

Accenture is looking for a Manager in its Life Sciences Industry & Enterprise practice to guide major transformation programs across field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical and commercial operations in the United States.

You will translate strategy into operating models, design future-state processes, and lead cross-functional teams with technology, analytics, and change management to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across one or more commercial functions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

Lead client workstreams translating commercial strategy into execution.
Define how current processes must change and create practical plans, governance, and adoption approaches.
Collaborate across CRM, omnichannel, analytics, and reporting platforms to enable transformation.
Identify AI, automation, copilots, or agentic workflows to improve productivity.
Manage day-to-day client relationships, including meetings, risks, and next steps.
Shape objectives into clear workplans with milestones and decision points.
Lead cross-functional workshops with business, technology, analytics, operations, change, and training teams.
Oversee delivery discipline across workplans, dependencies, RAID logs, and rollout readiness.
