Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams that move commercial strategy to execution.
• Define how current workflows need to change and build practical plans, governance, and adoption approaches.
• Support technology-enabled transformation across CRM, content, omnichannel, patient services, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Identify how AI, automation, copilots, or agentic workflows can improve productivity and decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and delivery milestones across complex programs.
