Accenture is seeking a Manager in its Life Sciences Industry & Enterprise practice to drive commercial transformation for pharma, biotech, and medtech clients. You will lead workstreams from design to execution, shaping operating models and governance, while coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology domains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences commercial functions (field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, or ops)
• 5+ years in strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal strategy role
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams to move commercial strategy from design to execution.
• Activate operating model changes across field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, and commercial ops.
• Translate strategy into future-state processes, business requirements, user stories, governance, and adoption plans.
• Support technology-enabled transformation across CRM, content, omnichannel, patient services, workflow, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Identify how AI, automation, copilots, or agentic workflows can improve productivity and decision-making.
