Job summary

Accenture Life Sciences is seeking a Manager to lead client workstreams translating commercial strategy into executable transformation for pharma, biotech, and medtech clients. You will oversee operating model activation, process redesign, governance, and adoption across field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, and commercial ops.

You will guide cross-functional teams, anticipate risks, shape objectives into milestones, and deliver client-ready outputs while managing day-to-day

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical, or commercial operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams moving commercial strategy from design into execution.
• Define how work gets done today and how it needs to change; build practical plans, governance, and adoption approaches.
• Activate commercial operating model changes across field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, and commercial operations.
• Translate strategy into future-state processes, business requirements, user stories, governance, and implementation plans.
• Support technology-enabled transformation across CRM, content, omnichannel, patient services, workflow, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Lead cross-functional workshops with business, technology, analytics, operations, change, and training stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, including sessions, risks, and next steps.
