Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical, or commercial operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of strategy consulting or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams turning strategy into executable plans and governance.
• Anticipate risks and shift priorities while keeping delivery focused on outcomes.
• Shape ambiguous transformation objectives into clear workplans and milestones.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, including sessions, feedback, and risks.
