• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams converting commercial strategy into executable transformation.
• Define how current work gets done and plan governance, requirements, and adoption.
• Manage cross-functional workshops with business, technology, analytics, operations, and training stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks and align delivery with program milestones and outcomes.
• Translate strategy into operating model activation, process design, and change impacts.
• Oversee analysts/consultants to deliver client-ready outputs.
• Maintain day-to-day client relationships and progress tracking.
