Job summary

You will drive process redesign, user stories, and requirements while coordinating with technology, analytics, and change teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across one or more commercial functions (field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical, or commercial operations).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams that move commercial strategy from design into execution.
• Identify how work gets done today and define how it needs to change.
• Develop practical plans, governance, and adoption approaches for transformation.
• Activate operating models across field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, and commercial operations.
• Translate strategy into future-state processes and business requirements.
• Support technology-enabled transformation across CRM, content, omnichannel, and analytics.
