Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in the Life Sciences Industry & Enterprise practice to drive commercial transformation for pharma, biotech, and medtech clients from design to execution. Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience in one or more functions: field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical, or commercial operations.
Minimum of 5 years of strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal corporate strategy role.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead client workstreams translating commercial strategy into executable plans and adoption.
Activate operating model changes across field, marketing, access, patient services, and commercial operations.
Define governance, requirements, and adoption plans for transformation programs.
Manage cross-functional workshops with business, technology, analytics, operations, change, and training teams.
Maintain day-to-day client relationships, sessions, risks, and next steps.
