Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical, or commercial operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams moving commercial strategy from design to execution.
• Define changes to operating models, processes, governance, and adoption plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops with business, technology, analytics, operations, change, and training.
• Identify value unlock opportunities and link activities to measurable business outcomes and KPIs.
