Elios AI, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks a Partner to own senior relationships with venture-backed biotech and public life sciences clients. You will set the accounting positions that drive deals and take accountability for the practice's growth across the Bay Area.

In this Big Four–style advisory seat, you’ll lead IPO readiness, complex revenue, collaborations, and licensing structures while building a senior bench.

Qualifications

• 18+ years across public accounting, advisory, or senior corporate accounting and finance.
• Big Four background or comparable large advisory firm.
• Technical accounting services experience: FAAS, CMAAS, or Accounting Advisory.
• Life sciences client experience across biotech, pharma, devices, or diagnostics.
• Active CPA license.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, audit committees, and boards at life sciences clients.
• Lead IPO readiness, registrations, and SEC reporting deliverables.
• Contribute to pricing, scope, staffing, budgets, and margins on engagements.
• Originate work via networks and venture investors, attorneys, and partners.
• Review memos and financial statements before delivery to clients.
• Promote the firm's capabilities across transaction, tax, data, and risk.
