Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Product Specialist II - Life Sciences in Raleigh, NC. You will support growth with technical sales, demonstrate products, and provide application assistance to academic, pharma, biotech and industrial customers.

Travel to customer sites will be 25–50%, with strong presentation and communication skills and proficiency in CRM and MS Office. A bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience is required; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of technical sales or equivalent lab/industry experience.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Deep technical expertise in relevant scientific applications and workflows.
• Strong presentation and consultation skills for technical demos.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM, Office and relevant software.
• Ability to travel 25–50% to customer sites and events.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and self-direct.
