Sartorius seeks a Senior Technical Sales Specialist to hunt, shape, and win high‑impact opportunities across a broad product portfolio. You will perform advanced technical demos and workflow evaluations, collaborate with Central Sales, and drive adoption across customers while traveling extensively.

Required are a Master’s in Life Sciences or related field and 5+ years in technical sales or applications consulting, with strong communication and cross‑functional teamwork skills.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years technical sales, applications consulting, or pre‑sales experience in a scientific/technical environment.
• Proven hunter and influencer with strong technical depth across product portfolios.
• Ability to shape customer workflows and win competitive deals.
• Strong communication, consultative selling and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
• Willing to travel more than 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt and qualify complex opportunities across assigned markets with advanced technical demos and workflow evaluations.
• Lead technical deal shaping and address advanced objections to boost win rate.
• Co‑lead commercial offer development with Central Sales using data‑driven technical inputs.
• Identify emerging use cases and market trends to inform product positioning and sales acceleration.
• Ensure smooth pre‑to‑post adoption by resolving blockers and handing over to Central Sales.
