Job summary

Accenture seeks a Process Blueprint Lead in its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise to design future-state human + AI operating models and set standards across transformation programs.

You will own methodologies, run current-state assessments, and partner with AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to value and are executable. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation at a top-tier firm or leading Life Sciences organization.
• Facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and driving cross-functional alignment on large-scale transformations.
• Experience designing human + AI process flows and governance structures for enterprise programs.
• Understanding agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as client needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams and ensure consistency before any technology is built.
• Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope to map how work gets done, friction points, and data-driven gaps.
• Design the future-state operating model with human + AI processes, role definitions, and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to reach clear design decisions without compromising rigor.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model for all execution workstreams.
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to quantified value and ensure technical executability.
