The Process Blueprint Lead owns the methodology for redesign across transformation programs, mapping current work, designing future-state human + AI operating models, and ensuring reinvention initiatives deliver high-quality blueprints at scale.

Qualifications

8+ years combined experience in life sciences consulting or enterprise transformation.
Experience designing human + AI processes and operating models.
Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder workshops and drive alignment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools recommended.

Responsibilities

Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across transformation workstreams.
Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope.
Design the future-state operating model including human + AI process flows and governance.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with senior leaders.
Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model.
Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to value and executability.
