Job summary

Biocom in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Sales Associate to fuel membership growth by generating qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities for the Membership Sales team.

You will prospect, initiate relationships, and manage pipeline using Salesforce and Salesloft, collaborating with Sales Managers to convert interest into active memberships. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive, data-driven approach to outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in sales development, inside sales or related roles.
• Outbound prospecting or lead generation experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Salesloft.

Responsibilities

• Generate and schedule qualified introductory meetings for assigned Sales Managers.
• Document meeting context and engagement history in Salesforce.
• Attend lead share meetings and convert leads into Salesforce opportunities.
• Monitor prospecting pipelines and refresh outreach strategies as needed.
• Identify prospective member organizations using LinkedIn Navigator and other tools.
• Execute multi-channel outreach sequences to drive engagement and meetings.
• Test messaging cadences and apply insights from A/B tests.
• Leverage event attendance as warm leads for follow-up.
