Biocom in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Sales Associate to fuel membership growth by generating qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities for the Membership Sales team.
You will prospect, initiate relationships, and manage pipeline using Salesforce and Salesloft, collaborating with Sales Managers to convert interest into active memberships. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive, data-driven approach to outreach.
The Sales Associate plays a key role in fueling Biocom’s membership growth by generating qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities for the Membership Sales team. This role is responsible for proactive prospecting, relationship initiation, and pipeline development—ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality membership conversations aligned with Biocom’s mission to accelerate the life science ecosystem. The Sales Associate partners closely with Sales Managers and Sales Operations to support regional growth efforts, particularly across the Bay Area life sciences community.
The anticipated compensation package for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 base salary plus commissions. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education etc. Biocom is a multi-state and multi-regional employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states and regions.
