Job summary

You will monitor on-time delivery, adherence to client requirements, and defect-free deliverables while engaging with customers to understand capacity and quality expectations. Responsibilities include leading KPIs, ROCA and QIP/CAPAs with Language Services, and ensuring SLAs are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in localization/vendor/QA in fast-paced environments.
• English proficiency and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier alignment and performance within the squad.
• Lead client conversations and present quality reports.
• Monitor KPIs like OTD, task acceptance, and linguistic accuracy.
