Job summary

You will drive technical production workflows, handle escalations, and conduct post-mortems to ensure continuous improvement.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and linguists, preserving audit-ready documentation in alignment with GxP requirements.

• Drive implementation of technical production workflows, manage escalations, and conduct post-mortems to ensure continuous improvement.
