Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to drive supplier performance across languages and programs. You will measure on-time delivery, quality, and adherence to client requirements while coordinating with Talent Procurement to meet capacity needs.

In this role you will lead data-driven supplier engagements, onboard new partners, monitor utilization, and implement quality improvement plans as needed, ensuring alignment with program strategies and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in translation or localization.
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven decisions to select the most suitable suppliers for accounts or content specialties.
• Lead onboarding of suppliers to new client programs and ensure availability and fit for work.
• Monitor supplier utilization and adjust resource allocations as needed to meet capacity planning goals.
• Support Talent Procurement in creating recruitment campaigns to onboard new suppliers.
• Maintain regular quality measurement of suppliers following Welocalize LQA strategy.
• Flag and address underperforming suppliers and escalate when necessary.
