Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. in the United States seeks a Partner Engagement Specialist to measure, monitor, and optimize supplier performance across languages and programs.

You will liaise with Talent Procurement and Program Squads to ensure capacity, OTD, and quality targets are met, while managing supplier onboarding and ongoing qualification. You will maintain supplier skilling, monitor utilization, and drive improvements through QIPs, CAPAs, and privacy controls, contributing to ISO 27001 and SOC 2

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the language services industry and trends.
• Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive risk assessment and mitigation mindset.

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven supplier selections based on quality, delivery, language strategy, capacity, and client needs.
• Lead onboarding of suppliers to new programs and ensure readiness.
• Maintain supplier skilling for Pantheon programs and clients.
• Monitor supplier utilization to align with program strategies; adjust as needed.
• Support Talent Procurement in creating new recruitment campaigns for suppliers.
• Ensure regular quality measurement per Welocalize LQA strategy.
• Flag underperforming suppliers against Welocalize thresholds and take actions.
• Initiate QIP, RCAs, or CAPAs and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Program Squads to meet client capacity requirements.
• Oversee performance, capacity planning, resource utilization, OTD and quality.
• Handle hardware logistics: device assignment, shipment, and security key management.
• Support GDPR/CCPA privacy controls and ISO/SOC2 compliance evidence.
• Track SLAs like time-to-provision and MTTR and pursue automation to reduce cycle time.
