Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a focused Partner Engagement Specialist to optimize supplier performance across languages. You will analyze capacity, guide supplier selection, and coordinate onboarding for new client programs, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

You will work with Talent Procurement to expand supplier pools, monitor ongoing utilization, and uphold stringent privacy and compliance controls across ISO-like standards. Strong communication and data literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the language services industry and trends.
• Adept at data literacy and using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment (translation/localization preferred).

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven decisions to select the most suitable suppliers for standard service offerings.
• Lead onboarding of suppliers to new client programs.
• Maintain supplier skilling for client programs.
• Monitor supplier utilization to align with strategy and adjust resource usage as needed.
• Support Talent Procurement in creating recruitment campaigns for new suppliers.
• Monitor supplier quality against Welocalize standards and LQA.
• Flag underperforming suppliers and initiate improvement measures.
