Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a Partner Engagement Specialist to measure, monitor, and optimize supplier performance across languages. You will partner with Program Squads and Talent Procurement to ensure capacity and quality targets are met.

You will make data-driven supplier selections based on quality, capacity, language strategy, and client needs; manage onboarding, utilization, and performance; and uphold ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in the language services field.
• Strong data literacy and problem-solving abilities; can manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven supplier selections based on quality, capacity, language strategy, and client needs.
• Manage supplier onboarding, utilization, and performance; initiate quality improvement plans when needed.
• Handle hardware asset management, compliance incidents, and audit-readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
