Genesee Scientific Corporation in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth by developing new opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will connect marketing activity and field sales to build a healthy pipeline and convert transactions into recurring revenue.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1+ year in life sciences sales, with strong communication and CRM experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, science or related field.
• 1+ years in sales development, inside sales, or pipeline-focused roles in life sciences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Execute targeted inbound and outbound outreach to identify prospective customers and expand opportunities
• Research and map accounts, contacts, laboratories, and buying groups to build pipeline
• Qualify customer needs, timelines, budgets, and decision processes in Salesforce
• Leverage sales data to increase product adoption and recurring orders
• Connect customers with Genesee products and solutions based on lab needs
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and meet activity and revenue goals
