• Senior strategic role in life sciences with CRM or enterprise software experience.
• Ability to map business processes to product capabilities and identify gaps.
• Experience coaching consultants, partners, or sales teams on value-driven proposals.

Responsabilités

• Drive implementation success across SF-led and partner programs.
• Map customer business processes to product capabilities for scalable delivery.
• Inform global GTM strategy and educate Sales, Industry Advisor, and Services Sales teams.
• Coach partners and internal Salesforce consultants on industry best practices.
• Shape business value narratives with Business Value Services to measure outcomes post-implementation.
• Contribute industry insights to global GTM strategy and product roadmaps.
• Represent Salesforce as a thought leader through webinars, conferences, and analyst briefings.
