Job summary

Synapticure, a remote-first life sciences company focused on neurodegenerative diseases, seeks a Life Sciences Growth Director to own revenue for Clinical Research and RWE offerings with pharma/biotech partners. You will source, qualify, shape, and close engagements while expanding relationships across sponsors and foundations.

You will shape product strategy, pricing, and packaging while coordinating with clinical, data, and operations leadership to ensure deliverability and margin.”

Qualifications

• Direct pharma/life sciences sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with pharma/biotech buyers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel for conferences and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue for Clinical Research and RWE services with pharma/biotech sponsors.
• Build and manage sponsor relationships and account plans; lead full deal cycle from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with operations, data, and finance to scope engagements and price for margin.
