Job summary

JobRx, Inc. seeks a Director to lead life sciences strategy and research engagements for top pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients. You will own strategic client relationships and drive growth, balancing leadership with hands-on delivery of high-value engagements.

You will guide product strategy, segmentation, launches and portfolio optimization while mentoring teams and shaping the firm’s strategic direction. Hybrid/remote options across the US present a flexible working model.

Qualifications

Significant experience in life sciences consulting and market research.
Proven track record in winning and growing client relationships.
Experience leading complex research engagements from proposal to delivery.
Strong commercial acumen with growth focus.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple strategic consulting and market research engagements for pharma, biotech and medical device clients.
Act as senior client contact, building long-term relationships.
Drive business development through new client acquisition and account growth.
Provide strategic guidance on product strategy, segmentation, launch planning, and portfolio optimization.
Mentor project teams and develop future leaders.
Contribute to thought leadership and evolve the offering toward strategy-focused work.
