Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership in life sciences consulting, with success in commercial strategy, product launch, and portfolio optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex consulting engagements achieving $3M+ in new annual sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Lead business development across key accounts and new prospects; deliver $3M+ in new consulting revenue annually.
• Build and Lead: Develop and mentor consulting teams while upholding a high-performance culture.
• Deliver Impact: Oversee design and execution of projects shaping launch strategies, portfolio optimization, and go-to-market models.
• Collaborate and Scale: Partner with senior leadership to define market strategy and expansion priorities.
• Inspire Trust: Advise executives and cultivate strategic partnerships to elevate the firm’s brand.
