Job summary

ProPharma Group, a leader in regulatory sciences, seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients. This role emphasizes relationship-building, opportunity identification, and revenue expansion with remote work and travel as needed.

You will craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Marketing and client teams while leveraging CRM to manage leads and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience within the life sciences sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the client base.
• Identify opportunities and generate leads, executing internal and external initiatives to drive growth.
• Create and present proposals; negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Attend conferences/trade shows to raise company visibility and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing and client-facing teams and track activities in CRM.
• Prepare and facilitate pre-work (MSA, SOW, CDA/NDA) and assist in proposal negotiations.
